Built for UK takeaways

Every order in one place. Built for takeaways.

The till, your website and your app on one live system. See today’s sales, best sellers and every order the moment it lands.

What you get

Everything a takeaway runs on, built to work together.

One menu and one order book behind the till, the website, the app and the back office. Change a price or mark an item sold out, and it changes everywhere at once.

A till that keeps going

Quick keys, meal deals, modifiers, split payments, shifts and Z reports. If the internet drops, it carries on and sends everything once it's back.

Your own ordering website

Designed for your shop, on your domain. Menu, basket, checkout and order tracking built in, with allergens on every dish.

An app without the app store

Customers install it from your website in one tap, reorder in seconds and get a notification when food is ready.

A back office that adds up

Sales by day, channel, item and staff. Z reports that always match the orders behind them, and every export as a spreadsheet.

Paid into your own account

Online card payments through Stripe go straight to you. In the shop, keep your card machine or use a Stripe reader.

Marketing built in

Offers, loyalty stamps and social media ads written from your own menu, run from the admin you already use.

Inside the system

One system, four places your shop runs from.

Reliability

Engineered for Friday night.

Broadband, printers and payment providers all fail sometimes. What matters is that the shop keeps trading and no order is lost.

  1. 01

    Offline at the counter

If the internet drops, the till keeps taking orders. They are saved on the device and sent the moment the connection is back. A retry can never create the same order twice.

Offline · 3 orders waiting · sent automatically

  2. 02

    Every price checked

When a customer orders online, the total is worked out again from your menu. Nobody can change a price in their browser and pay less.

    Basket recalculated from your menu

  3. 03

    Your shop's data, walled off

Each shop's orders, customers and menu are separated inside the database itself, and automated tests prove one shop can never see another's.

Shop A cannot read shop B, tested on every table

  4. 04

    History that can't be rewritten

Completed orders and Z reports are locked. Refunds and voids are recorded as new entries, so your figures always match what happened.

Z reports match the orders, to the penny

  5. 05

    No updates mid-service

Till updates never land on a Friday, a Saturday or between 5pm and 11pm. When one is ready, the till asks between orders.

Frozen all Friday, Saturday and 17:00 to 23:00

  6. 06

    Tested before it reaches you

Totals, VAT, payments, order flow and Z reports are covered by automated tests that must pass before anything ships. New features switch on shop by shop.

Every change tested, then rolled out gradually

How it works

From first call to first order, without a risky switch.

  1. 01

    We talk

A call about your menu, how you take orders today and what gets in the way on a busy night.

  2. 02

    We build your shop

Your website designed for your brand, your menu loaded with prices, options and allergens, and the till set up for your counter.

  3. 03

You run it side by side

The new system runs alongside your current one, so you can check every order and every total before relying on it.

  4. 04

    You switch over

When you're happy, we move you across. Your old system stays available as a fallback for the first two weeks.

Questions

What owners ask us first.

Something else on your mind? Get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.

Do I need special hardware?

The till runs in a web browser on a tablet or computer you may already own. Receipts and kitchen tickets print from the till. If you want a card reader that talks to the till, we can set up a Stripe reader; otherwise keep your existing card machine.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The till keeps taking counter orders and saves them on the device. A banner shows how many are waiting, and they are sent automatically when the connection returns. Online ordering pauses until then, because customers can't reach you either.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your website runs on your domain, for example yourshop.co.uk, with a secure certificate set up for you. Until then it has an address on ours.

Who owns my customer data?

You do. We process it on your behalf to run your ordering and your till, under the data processing terms. You can export your data at any time.

How do customers pay online?

By card through Stripe, paid into your own Stripe account. You can also let customers pay on collection or on delivery.

Can I change my menu myself?

Yes, from your admin: prices, photos, options, allergens and availability. Mark an item sold out on the till and it disappears from your website straight away.

Running a takeaway? Show us your menu.

We’ll show you the till, your website and the app working together with your own dishes.
