You must not
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to sell anything you are not allowed to sell.
- Publish menu, price or allergen information you know to be false or misleading.
- Send marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it, or keep messaging people who have opted out.
- Try to access another shop’s data, or any part of the service you have not been given access to.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission.
- Overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or copy it to build a competing product.
- Share staff PINs or passwords, or let someone use another person’s login.
- Upload content that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is offensive or harmful.
Reporting a security problem
If you find a security weakness, please tell us straight away (email hello@1t3chsoftware.co.uk) and do not use or share it. We will look into every report.
If this policy is broken
We may remove content, suspend access or end the agreement, as set out in our terms of service. Where possible we will talk to you first.
